Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Minimum Qualifications

EOW, Holidays: Yes;CVICU & Neuro experience preferred but not required - will float to Neuro ICU and Burn ICU - will be given patients within skill setMay be given patient assignments that are Med/Surg/IMC if needed; 2 years experience neededMay need to float to other sites within 40 mile radiusQUALIFICATIONS

Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)National Institutes of Health (NIH)Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) CertificationSound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.The ability to stand for extended periods.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of medical terminologyPassionate about patient careRequires a minimum of two years of RN Telemetry experience.Two years of CRCU/ICUGraduate from a fully accredited RN programActive unencumbered RN Wisconsin state licenseRequirements
