Contract-8 weeks with likelihood to extendOverview:We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to support our client in defining and implementing the governance framework for their digital product development program. This role will involve overseeing multiple workstreams and initiatives aimed at creating digital tools, platforms, and customer-facing interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Governance Definition:
Develop and implement governance structures for managing digital product development projects, including decision-making processes and oversight mechanisms.Program Oversight:
Monitor and guide the governance of various workstreams and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.Agile Practices:
Assess and refine agile methodologies (such as Agile or SAFe) utilized by the client, including tools, platforms, and practices.Leadership and Communication:
Evaluate and enhance leadership strategies and communication processes within the project teams.Dependencies Management:
Identify and manage dependencies between different programs and initiatives to ensure smooth integration and execution.Roadmapping and Prioritization:
Assist in developing roadmaps and prioritization processes to align project deliverables with business goals.Embedded Support:
Work directly within project teams to provide governance expertise and ensure effective implementation of governance practices.Requirements:Proven experience in leading digital product development teams.Familiarity with digital product development and build processes.Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, etc.)Extensive experience in agile delivery, including leadership roles in agile teams and programs.Experience or knowledge in governance and business architecture is highly desirable.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in any of the following governance/business architecture areas is a plus:Tools and platforms for digital product management.Leadership and communication strategies within digital projects.Roadmapping and prioritization processes.Management of program dependencies.$75.00-85.00/HR on W2
