You are confident in using tools to manage tasks and follow-up.Organizing and shipping event/promotional materialEvent material inventory management/trackingPrepare customer giveaways and ensure readiness for on site eventsManaging promotional material inventory levelsEnsure our demonstration areas are at an excellent level of readiness/presentationManage and track distribution of sales demo resources
To succeed, you will need:This is a PART-TIME role, hours anticipated will be between 25-30 weekly.Excellent organization skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills with team members across the organizationSolid attention to detailBasic knowledge in Microsoft ExcelAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWork independently or with a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, while having a great time doing itFlexible weekly working hours, up to no more than 32 hours and no less than 4 hours per week, depends on workloadCan lift up to 30lbs on an occasion
