Call Center experience a plusDealership experience preferredAutomotive Service experience a plusExcellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skillsAbility to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanorAbility to follow instructions from the Business Development ManagerMust have a valid driver's licensePositive AttitudeGood verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivation and self-sufficientProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookDrive to succeed customer expectations
