This role performs competitive analysis, product vision definition, and manage long term roadmaps. The Sr Director, Product Strategist guides the product direction in driving cross organizational outcomes. This role will blend market insights, competitive analysis, and organizational goals to shape our product vision and roadmap, ensuring cross-organizational alignment and driving significant business outcomes.Location : Denver strongly preferredResponsibilities:Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies aligned with Village vision and objectivesConduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threatsCollaborate with product managers to drive product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and organizational objectivesDefine and articulate clear product visions that inspire and guide development teamsManage and develop cross-portfolio Objectives and Key Results to drive towards success across the enterpriseEnterprise Focus:Engage with customers and internal business units to gather insights and feedback, ensuring products meet evolving needs and expectationsUtilize data-driven approaches to understand customer behavior and organizational needs, informing key product decisionsFoster cross-functional collaboration to ensure product strategies support overall business goalsValue Realization:Conduct post-launch analysis to evaluate product performance against set OKRsGather and analyze insights for future product enhancements and iterationsDevelop and present business cases for new product initiatives or significant changesLeadership and Communication:Guide cross-organizational product direction to drive cohesive outcomesPresent product strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholdersMentor product managers and contribute to the overall product cultureEducation and Qualifications :12+ years of experience with product management, ideally within a technology, data, or financial services company.Undergraduate degree required.Experience with managing/leading/creating high-performing teams in different global locations.An understanding of market delivery/content creation platforms and the integrations with other internal systems/databases.A proven track record of delivering projects in collaborative agile team environments.The ability to present to business and technical audiences commanding sufficient subject matter expertise.The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.The ability to engage effectively and credibly with a senior audience.Exceptional project management & organizational skills.Proven ability to build senior-level relationships, to lead cross-functional teams, and to influence decision making.Proactive nature and always seeking to move projects forward.Strong communication skills and the ability to break down complex or detailed topics so that anyone can understand them, regardless of the audience.Thrive in a matrixed and cross-functional environment.Strong judgement/pragmatic approach to product operation with the ability to frame and drive balanced decisions.Here is what you can expect when you join our VillageA "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that matter.Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average.Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential.Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.A comprehensive benefits package to enhance your health, financial well-being, and future.Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure nationwide.At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
