Summary Objective:A new position on a growing team, the Manager, Customer Insights generates actionable insights and intelligence that powers our customer strategy. A curious and diligent self-starter, this superstar will drive business growth and member experience by enabling the organization to understand our members and best meet their needs with fitness products, services, experiences and marketing.Job Responsibilities:Deliver the ultimate fitness experience to every member, every time.Develop and manage research roadmap and development of insights about consumers, brand health and markets.Lead research and development of actionable insights to inform our fitness products, services, customer experiences and marketing strategies.Synthesize data from primary and secondary sources into digestible insights and presentations that enable stakeholders to make member-centric decisions.Create and manage surveys and through online platforms and lead work with agencies and partners to do qualitative and quantitative research to support the business.Manage research projects and budgets.Partner with stakeholders across marketing, fitness and technology teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Excellent analytical skills, with qualitative and quantitative consumer research and insights experience.Strong written and verbal communicator.Formulates a POV and can translate data and insights into actionable business recommendations.Experienced in consumer survey design and use.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersFamiliarity with statistical analysis and regression analysisNimble and able to adjust plans in a dynamic environmentThrives in a team-oriented culture.

Experience, Education and Certifications :Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing research, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of related experience.Demonstrated success developing customer insights that drove meaningful business impact in a consumer business.Insights experience related to a retail or experiential business preferred.
