To entertain the human race.THE JOB:The Marketing Executive is primarily responsible for expediting processes, exercising sound judgment, and making decisions to fulfill casino customer requests. This role requires adhering to MGM Resorts International's marketing policies, practices, and procedures while ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:Customer Activity Evaluation and Incentive Authorization:

Determine and evaluate customers' casino activity to offer corresponding incentives. Approve a limited number of comps and allowances, such as rooms, dining, event tickets, promotional chips, free play, airfare, or discounts, based on authorization limits.

Customer Base Maintenance:

Maintain and expand the property's customer base to support growing customer development efforts.

Reservation Management:

Oversee customer reservations utilizing VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON management systems to ensure smooth bookings and experiences.

Marker Authorization:

If authorized, grant limited marker authorization limits to qualifying customers based on eligibility.

Customer Credit and Comps Decision-Making:

Have minimal involvement in decisions related to customer credit lines, allowances, and comps, ensuring compliance with business policies.

Customer Profitability Management:

Assist in managing customer relationships to maintain profitable engagement levels for the property.

Collaboration with Casino Marketing:

Work closely with Casino Marketing teams, Marketing Executives, and property personnel to facilitate and enhance in-house casino customer experiences.

Event Attendance and Customer Engagement:

Attend special events, as necessary, to support marketing efforts and personally greet and engage with customers.

Receivables and Finance Meetings:

Participate in quarterly Receivable Meetings to provide updates on customer accounts to the Corporate Finance group.

Confidentiality and Privacy Compliance:

Maintain strict confidentiality of casino customer information, limiting requests for guest details in accordance with company privacy policies.

Customer Dispute Resolution:

Resolve customer disputes and complaints promptly, ensuring both customer satisfaction and alignment with company standards.

Compliance with Local Laws and Training Requirements:

Comply with local regulations, including Title 31, and attend all required compliance and training sessions to maintain company standards.

Additional Duties:

Perform other job-related duties as required to support overall trading operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience in a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in casino marketing.

Work Eligibility:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (USA).

Preferred requirements

Hospitality Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong customer service and operational skills.

Resort Experience:

Previous experience working in a resort environment, with an understanding of its operations and guest service expectations.

Property Management Systems Knowledge:

Familiarity with property management systems like LMS or Opera, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively.

MS Office Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to manage documents, spreadsheets, and communications efficiently.
