Job Title: Loader - 3rd Shift

Job Summary: The Loader is responsible for efficiently loading, sealing, and completing all paperwork for outbound truck loads of finished products. This role includes ensuring compliance with shipping schedules, assisting with various tasks related to mill operations, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The Loader will work during the 3rd shift and must be able to handle physical tasks and adapt to changing work requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, seal, and complete all paperwork for outbound truck loads of finished products.
• Ensure loads are maximized but do not exceed legal net weights for tractor and trailer combinations.
• Assist the shift miller and packing operations as needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Proactively offer suggestions for facility and system improvements.
• Observe and report any unusual activity regarding site security.
• Report any issues related to food safety and sanitation.
• Actively participate in workplace and food safety training.
• Comply with all food safety and workplace safety policies.
• Perform general cleaning, mill maintenance, and repair as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class I CDL drivers license preferred.
• Willingness to work all shifts and weekends as required.
• Ability to walk stairs and climb bulk trailers during a nine-hour shift.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated ability to perform general cleaning, mill maintenance, and repair tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork accurately.
• Knowledge of legal weight limits for tractor and trailer combinations.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members.
• Strong commitment to safety, including food safety and workplace safety policies.

• The role involves working in a mill environment which includes exposure to varying temperatures and potential noise.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking stairs, and climbing bulk trailers.
