CNC Operator

General Information

Title: CNC Operator
Location: Newbury
Shifts: 1 st or 2 nd shift available
Pay: $17-$22/hour based on experience
This is a contract to hire position with the company

Duties/Responsibilities

• Load material into CNC Mill, Lathe, and Swiss machines.
• Perform minor tool offsets.
• Maintain machine.
• Perform inspections using gages and blueprints.
• Capable of process troubleshooting is a plus.
• Primarily machining steel, stainless steel and brass pieces.
• Prior CNC setup and conversational programming experience a plus.

Skills/Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Will be subject to pre-employment screening.

Shift info

• 1 st shift, Monday-Friday 7am – 330pm, with availability to work OT and Saturdays as needed.
• 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 330pm – 12am, with availability to work OT and Saturdays as needed.
