In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.The Selected candidate will join the Basel reporting team. At Wells Fargo, Basel requirements for banks are currently reported through Reveleus platform.Migration activities are under way, to migrate Basel to Axiom (reporting tool).Proficiency in database concepts, and experience with migration projects in a must have.Hands-on Axiom development experience is highly desirable.As a lead engineer, technical expertise with Oracle, SQL, Spark and Python is required.Proficient in Database Concepts - Relational Databases, Schema Objects, Data Access, Data Integrity and Data StorageExperience with Oracle, SQL, Spark, PythonGood knowledge of Data Migration and/or Data Integration ProjectsKnowledge of US Regulatory ReportingHands-On Axiom development experience, including performing RCA on issues is highly preferredTesting and Change Management highly desiredDevOps - Understanding of CI/CD practices is preferredAgile Development practices and methodology preferredBasel Reporting preferredPower BI and Dremio is preferredCloud Experience or Knowledge is a plus
