Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infor LN (Baan) ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Infor LN (Baan), and a deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes. This role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing ERP solutions, implementation, working with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration across various departments.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP systems.Design, configure, and implement Infor LN (Baan) ERP solutions to meet business needs.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to end-users.Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.Provide training and support to users on ERP functionalities and best practices.Monitor system performance and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ERP technology and aerospace manufacturing.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst, specifically with Infor LN (Baan) or another Infor ERPStrong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and industry standards.Proficiency in ERP system configuration, implementation, and support.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Preferred Skills:Experience with other ERP systems and software integrations.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Experience with Infor LN 10.5 or higherCertification in Infor LN (Baan) or related ERP systems.
