To support this vision, we are looking for passionate engineers with strong development skillsets and experience in database platforms like Exadata Cloud Service, Autonomous Database, and Exadata. Oracle Health's Database Services Team is a client-facing organization supporting 400+ customers with an extensive fleet of databases across the world. As a member of the team, you will solve interesting technical challenges by defining, designing, and deploying code to automate infrastructure and database operations while always thinking about reliability, scalability, resilience, security, and performance. This Role's responsibility includes evolving an automation framework that services our entire hosted global database fleet on-prem and in the cloud. These databases support mission critical hospital systems around the world. An ideal candidate will have an extensive history of deploying code to manage distributed endpoints and exposure to Oracle database lifecycle management. Experience working and automating processes in Cloud platforms including Exadata Cloud service and Autonomous Database platforms is a plus. This position will identify improvements in our delivery capabilities and mentor junior members of the team. An ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects and keeping them on schedule, meeting program and customer requirements.
