We are seeking a skilled full-stack Drupal developer with at least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining advanced, enterprise-level Drupal web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both front-end and back-end development, coupled with a deep understanding of Drupal's architecture and best practices.

What You'll DoWebsite Development:

Develop and configure complex Drupal applications, using commonly used features provided by Drupal core and contributed modules.Front-End Development:

Create responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, in custom Drupal themes.Back-End Development:

Build robust custom modules and integrate them with Drupal core and contributed modules.Troubleshooting and Optimization:

Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities in Drupal applications.Collaboration:

Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Code Reviews and Best Practices:

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.What You'll Bring

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Drupal development, including both front-end and back-end work.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PHP and MySQL.Strong understanding of Drupal's core and contributed modules.Experience with Drupal 8+, including custom module development and theming.Solid knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TwigExperience with version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with deployment tools and practices.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Preferred Skills

Experience with front-end build tools and frameworks.Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.Familiarity with Drupal hosting platforms, such as Acquia and Pantheon.Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a consultant is $96,000 to $177,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
