As a member of this team, you will interact with various HCM professionals to support their BI needs. We empower the business to make data-driven decisions by leveraging Descriptive, Diagnostic and Predictive models.

Key Responsibilities:Responsible for design and development of Anaplan modelsGather, document and understand requirements, plan user stories and assess riskWill be responsible for all stages of SDLCResponsible for ensuring Anaplan design standards are met and best practices are followedSkills and Experience were looking for:

QualificationsBachelors Degree in the field of Computer Science or similar STEM majorsLevel 2 Model builder certified in Anaplan is required.Solutions Architect or Master Anaplanner is preferredExperience with Alteryx, Tableau or other ETL/Data visualization tools is preferredExperience in Business Analysis is a plusExperience in financial services or similar organizations is preferred

CommunicationAble to translate technical data capabilities to an operational and financial audienceDemonstrate interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships with stakeholdersArticulate issues clearly and communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationListen well and be receptive to others' ideas and suggestions, encouraging open and collaborative dialogue among team membersRisk ManagementArticulate operational and risk impacts related to a specific task or procedureImplement controls to proactively manage risks in this domain (e.g. entitlement; data proliferation control etc.)Client FocusIdentify client needs and appropriately work to understand the foundations of great client experience, while leveraging available internal tools to provide the best service possibleEstablish, cultivate and leverage relationships to identify and execute on process enhancements
