Your journey starts here.Job Summary:Collette is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to assist in the implementation and management of our paid search ad campaigns. This role will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience executing and optimizing SEM marketing campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. Our business is rapidly growing, and we expect this role/team to grow over time as our digital commerce business continues to expand.Primary Functions:Support planning, execution and optimization of paid search marketing campaigns with a focus on generating high quality leads across domestic and international marketsMonitor monthly ad budgets and pacing while ensuring lead generation and acquisition targets are metResearch and mine search query data to find new keywords to expand and target prospective travelersAssist in the creation of ad copy and landing page content and coordinate with in-house Creative team on needs, requirements and prioritiesCompile data for month-end reporting to identify trends and make recommendations for improvementRegularly analyze performance metrics and data to identify areas of opportunity to achieve campaign performance goalsImplement, monitor and troubleshoot tracking analytics tags across ad platforms, Google Analytics 4 and marketing automation/CRM toolsKnowledge and SkillsAssociate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required2+ years of experience in Paid Search / SEM / Analytics, either in-house or agency-sideIn-platform Google Ads management experience is required; Microsoft Ads experience preferredDemonstrated understanding of audience building/targeting techniquesData analysis and strong Excel skillsWorking knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Power BI preferredExperience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation toolExcellent communication skills and ability to relay information conciselyAbility to think creatively about how to solve problemsFamiliarity with A/B testingAvailability to work in our Pawtucket office ~60% of the timeExperience in the travel industry is a plus, but not requiredKeys to SuccessFlourishing in a collaborative environmentBeing great at working autonomously when neededObsession with data and optimizationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailIntellectual curiosity: always wanting to learn more about new/exciting technology and channelsHelpful Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpotSalary Range: $43,000 - $73,000
