Docusign is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to build awareness, create demand and drive revenue with Docusign’s ecosystem of Systems Integrator (SI) partners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategy, collateral and programs that highlight the value of SI partners and align to Docusign’s global marketing, business and sales priorities. You will drive execution of marketing activities to, with, and through the SI to help them acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver growth in revenue from Docusign services.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Partner Marketing Director.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive channel growth strategy that enhances our reach and impact with GSI partners such as Deloitte, EY and others.Build and implement quarterly and annual marketing plans for GSIs in North America for our key product offerings: IAM and CLM.Architect and implement demand generation campaigns that build awareness, pipeline and accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle.Create dashboard, track and measure metrics, including marketing return on investment and pipeline impact, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximize results in Salesforce and Tableau.Partner with key collaborators in Marketing, Product Management, Delivery and Regions to strategize and plan for the best marketing approach against desired outcomes.Act as a global center of excellence for other regional partner marketing leads globally in EMEA, LATAM and APAC.Serve as the primary liaison in North America, bridging the gap between regional marketing, partner teams, and other relevant stakeholders.Job Designation

Basic8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years related experience with a Master’s degree, with 2+ years in SaaS space.5+ years of experience in a partner marketing, product marketing, field marketing or demand generation role with emphasis on partner or alliance programs and campaigns.Domain expertise in Salesforce, Tableau or other CRM, analytics tools.Project management experience and/or experience working with cross-functional teams.Experience delivering demand generation campaigns in international and emerging markets in collaboration with the regional leaders.PreferredHighly motivated, proactive, and personable with the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization internally and externally.Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Strategic and critical thinker, analytical skills and business sense with high capacity to synthesize data and insights.Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication.Consistent record of supporting global-first teams.Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary. This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
