you will be leading a Product team that is truly changing banking for good, driving Product strategy and enablement for a number of critical external and community-facing functions within External Affairs. This Product Director role is uniquely positioned to rebuild and replatform the technology and data infrastructure to maximize the community impact for Capital One's Volunteerism, Grant making and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) functions.Working directly with technologists and data experts, you will help translate our various EA business leaders' needs and strategies into modern, cross-cutting technology and data solutions that enable high-value business outcomes through scalable, modern infrastructure.Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for fostering a strong agile discipline and inspiring teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics.You'll partner with Technology leaders to influence end-state architecture and drive secure, resilient, performant, and scalable technology solutions that solve material customer and business problems.You'll govern the responsible and efficient application of technology resources by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly defining minimum viable products, and always building with extensibility in mind.

Bachelor's DegreeAt least 7 years of experience in digital product managementPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree5+ years of experience in Agile product management5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsCapital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
