We are committed to supporting your success in both your professional and personal lives.Position OverviewQinetiQ is looking to hire a Program Director to lead the successful execution of a large Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) contract supporting a large DHS component customer. This mission is a critical component of our national security.The position will oversee a large diverse and geographically dispersed team which provides operations and sustainment efforts to include 24x7 operations support at 12 active sites performing air-surface radar operations, ground control and data networking systems monitoring, and data analysis to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the program. This capability is an integral part of the mission to detect, sort, intercept, track, and apprehend criminals in diverse environments at and beyond the U.S. borders.ResponsibilitiesLead a complex, multi-disciplined program to deliver mission critical support to DHSManage P&L for program with annual revenue of $40+ MillionCollaborate with stakeholders to build strategic roadmap, and introduce innovations and recommendations to maintain and upgrade system and payload technologies.Utilize program management experience to optimize resource productivity, and create a customer centric organizationWork with corporate resources to improve program attritionCreate and execute clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and qualityEnsure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team membersMaintain daily coordination with the Government PM, COR, and other key stakeholders, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information; especially risks and issues and the associated resolution plans and status.Coordinate resolution of operations-related problemsEnsure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of exceptional operational servicesContribute to the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contracts.Participate in the development of new business opportunities and expansion of existing business opportunities.Required Qualifications(Must Be Able to Obtain and/or Currently Possess): CBP Background InvestigationBachelor’s degree in management, business, finance, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.Demonstrated experience in leading large operational programs critical to US security.Have a minimum of 12 years in project management experiencePossess knowledge and experience with systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, and risk management.Must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.Experience managing FFP performance-based contract with a value over $50M per year or $500M in total contract value over the PoP, with preference in the DHS CommunityDemonstrated experience in developing and managing KPIsDemonstrated experience in implementing managed services approach in a multiple service provider, multi-subcontractor environment.Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel.Demonstrated experience presenting briefings to senior leadership (customer & company)Have comprehensive computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs including MS Project.Must be a U.S. citizenPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience managing IDIQ programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types.Company EEO StatementAccessibility/Accommodation:If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to staffing@us.QinetiQ.com or call (540) 658-2720 Opt. 4 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.QinetiQ US is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
