Overview : The
Management and Program Analyst (MAPA)
core function will be to provide program management support to two teams within the client's criminal intelligence program. The Analyst should be a highly organized and strong writer, able to:Prepare documents, letters, reports, and other materials to support criminal investigative programsManage unit's SharePoint contentResearch, analyze and critically think/assess investigative topicsAssist with organizing the development team and run meetings as neededAssist the intel team with research and tasks as neededReview and draft exec staff or other division responses, preparing and maintaining staffing level reports and maintaining budget reportsRequired Qualifications :Minimum of 10 years of experience or 6 YOE and a bachelor's degreeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience manipulating and organizing data to make analytical judgementsMust be a team player - willing to be adaptable and flexible to meet the missionExperience in preparing presentation materialsExperience working in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience producing varied written documentation products. Ability to recognize when and where problems and opportunities exist and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions to problemsExceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.
