Role OverviewMiter is revolutionizing the construction industry with cutting-edge HCM software. We're seeking an exceptional Partnerships Lead to spearhead our growth through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you'll build and execute Miter's partnership strategy with industry influencers - industry associations, PE firms, technology partners, consultants. Your success will directly impact our ability to serve thousands of construction companies and accelerate our revenue growth.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, but work most closely with our Sales and Growth Marketing teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Miter’s growth efforts across all go-to-market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Miter’s Partnership strategy to achieve ambitious targets

Drive Partnerships planning, goal-setting, and reporting efforts across a variety of channels

Own quarterly executive business reviews and success planning with top partners

Manage daily reporting, enablement, and relationship management

Drive partner co-marketing efforts to increase our reach through the channel

Collaborate with sales, marketing, growth & product to launch joint initiatives with partners

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience with 3 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships with a SaaS company

Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue

Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) software and other go-to-market tools

Strong discovery, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Willingness to travel for events is required

Nice to Haves

Prior experience managing accounting partners or Value Added Resellers (VARs)

Background in Construction or Accounting

Compensation Range: $140K - $180K
