UCan do all this and more at UCLA Health.In this key role, you will provide advanced analytical support to UCLA Health Performance Strategy and Analytics. Your responsibilities will include:Taking on complex projects that require advanced analytical skill and business intelligence practices.Organizing analytics teams to collect standardized and consistent information.Providing support for the clinical dashboards, performance improvement-related information to committees and groups, analytics support for setting and tracking clinical goals in collaboration with senior executive leaders, and analytics support on projects related to the development and execution of performance strategies and objectives.Mentoring and participating in curriculum building for training junior team members in the department.Working effectively with minimum supervision as part of a team and productively with the department staff while assuring the maximum use of technology to promote efficient work systems.Annual Salary Range: $92,600.00 - $202,200.00Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (Fixed Hybrid)UCLA Health is a world-renowned health system with four award-winning hospitals and dozens of primary care practices, specialty practices, urgent care centers and other ancillary locations throughout metro Los Angeles as well as the David Geffen School of Medicine. We're seeking a highly-motivated, detail-oriented, independent professional with:Advanced skill in Tableau, SQL, R, Python, Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint.10+ years of experience in clinical data analytics, statistics, and quality measures.Highly advanced analytical and quantitative skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong project management skills.Excellent understanding of the industry-specific issues, regulatory requirements, and current healthcare reform.Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.Ability to think 'outside-the-box' and be creative to accomplish departmental goals.Ability to prioritize work and remain detail-oriented.Ability to lead system-wide complex projects.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
