We are reporting for a Proposal coordinator to work in a fast-paced, team environment based out of our New York office. We are looking for a creative and driven professional who provides a full range of high-level support for our client's proposal and presentation needs. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to promote our exciting projects in creative ways, bring new ideas to the table, and grow with the company.This position requires proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Powerpoint and experience in the Architecture or Design Studio.The Ideal Candidate WillEnsure we deliver a strategic, high-quality submission for proposals and presentationCoordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials including project descriptions, project approaches, logistics plans, descriptions of services, cover letters, resumes, and organizational chartsCreate and customize templates to improve the efficiency and look of our client submittalsCreate and customize project documents to meet RFP/RFQ requirementsEstablish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with senior management and marketing teamCandidate must be confident and proactive (but also professional) interacting personally with senior management and team members to get what they need (meet deliverables etc).Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple time-sensitive requests???????Qualifications & ExperienceWe are looking for a motivated, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
