If you have the unique skill set to understand emerging technology platforms and trends, organize projects, creatively problem solve challenges, and negotiate projects through the ever-changing and fast-paced landscape of client needs and evolving agency processes, you may be perfect for Tattoo Projects.The Job:Reports to VP of Project Management and VP of Digital InnovationOversee management of digital projects, including UX/UI design, website development spanning from landing pages to ecommerce and enterprise-level, QA/UAT, application development, and any other tech-focused projectsManage digital projects from intake to delivery, including project estimating/scoping, resourcing, scheduling, management/maintenance, QA/deliverables acceptance, and final deliveryTrack and report on progress against schedules and budgets, and own project delivery against them. Partnering with the team to ensure project scopes and deadlines are met consistently.Lead daily and/or weekly standups for digital project teamsIdentify, collect, and organize logins to client accounts, assets, and any necessary access for the team to start workReview work/deliverables against the brief before internal and external reviews to ensure team is on-track. If work is not on-track, kick back the work until it is ready for review. You are the first line of defense for internal QA.Elevate any project roadblocks, out of scope requests, and schedule changes to relevant leadership as soon as issue is identified.Review and update project management software ClickUp on a daily basis and own the statuses, tasks, and organization of assigned projects within the system.Implement iterative design/dev/QA processes into the development workflow, working to integrate it with the other departments waterfall processesAct as the liaison and interpreter between the digital/development team and the other agency departments, ensuring Account Services and key stakeholders understand the current status of a digital project at any given timeParticipate in client meetings about digital projects, supporting Account Services by providing client-friendly explanations to digital / technology questionsActively learn about new technologies and digital trendsEnsure the consistent use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects and organize post-mortems when beneficial.Exude grace under pressure; always being the calmest person in the room.
