Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience
in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and CRM) projects.Proven experience in a
leadership role
within a consulting or technology services organization.Deep knowledge of
Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
and/or
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration.Strong understanding of
ERP/CRM best practices , business processes, and project management methodologies.Excellent communication, client management, and negotiation skills.Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of consultants and developers.Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
