Requirements
High School diploma or equivalentTwo (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to:Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skillsWork independently and as a member of a teamDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practicesExcellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level)SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge (intermediate level)Safety Sensitive Position. Non-Regulated Tech. Depending on location, may be required to operate equipment and be equipment certifiedResponsibilities
Check truck drivers in and outAssign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouseVerify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issuesAssist in appointment scheduling as neededUpdate required reports on a timely basisCommunicate with customers and assist with customer needsCoordinate inbound and outbound loadsPerform other duties as assigned
