Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:Manage requisitions and purchase orders for materials, sub-assemblies, finished goods, and services.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; reduce reliance on single-source suppliers.Ensure compliance with commercial, legal, and contractual requirements.Handle RFPs and RFIs for business support.Work with the Quality Team to inspect deliveries and ensure orders meet specifications.Build relationships with key suppliers and assess their performance.Resolve supply issues through daily communication with suppliers.Address and resolve issues with defective materials or services.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns.Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.Use SAP for purchasing, reporting, and analyzing procurement data.Maintain procurement requirements in the SRM system.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience.Proficient in SAP and supply chain management.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work full-time with regular in-person attendance.
