About the Role

Roofstock is seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to partner with our Field Operations leaders. You are responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions across various departments with a focus on our domestic Maintenance and Field Operations teams. You partner closely with both internal stakeholders and candidates through creative hiring strategies and strong communication skills that result in a high impact on our business operations. This role will report to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting.

ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage full-cycle recruiting:strategically partner with operational hiring leaderssource, screen, and schedule candidatesanalyze interview dataown closing and offer processensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnershipEstablish and maintain trusting relationships cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and othersDeliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externallyContribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practicesQualifications

3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience a plus!)3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforceExperience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidatesStrong interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsStrong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlinesPossess a data driven mindsetProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred)Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, MacbookLocation

Hybrid - Oakland, Atlanta, NYC, Seattle

Compensation

$87,000 - $102,500 max annual salary. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Pay Transparency

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only part of our total compensation package.
