Senior Deskside Consultant

for a client site in

Deer Park, TX ! In this role, you will contribute to the business in a number of ways including working with end users ranging from entry level to C-level executives with queries related to the supported software, hardware and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.

A Day in the Life:Serve as the primary operational lead for deskside support, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the deskside consultantEfficiently manage ticket distribution to ensure a balanced workload and timely resolution of issuesAddress and resolve escalations that arise from deskside consultants, providing guidance and support as neededWork with deskside consultants to ensure they are meeting SLAs and effectively addressing client needFoster a collaborative environment, working closely with the deskside team to improve performance and customer satisfactionAssist in handling complex client queries and issues, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfactionMaintain accurate records and generate reports on team performance, ticket resolution, and escalation trendsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and operational efficiencyWhat You Bring:

5+ years of IT experience with a focus on deskside support, including experience in a lead or supervisory roleProficiency in supporting Microsoft environments, including Office 365, Windows/Linux/Mac OS, and related hardware and softwareProven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience in handling escalations and ensuring adherence to SLAsUnderstanding of ITIL Incident Management and its application in a deskside support environmentExperience with ServiceNOW or similar IT service management toolsStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical and data issues independentlyWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:

$65,000 - $70,000 a year

Expected salary range $65,000-$70,000 annually
