We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Launch Manager

to join our Product Operations team, with initial focus supporting CDK's inventory management portfolio. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end launch process for new products and features, ensuring timely and successful releases. As a Launch Manager, one will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate all aspects of product launches, from planning and execution to post-launch analysis.

Essential Functions (not limited to):

Launch Planning:

Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectationsCross-functional Coordination:

Work closely with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure all launch activities are coordinated and executed smoothlyRisk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues related to product launches and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomesCommunication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency throughout the launch processDocumentation:

Create and maintain detailed launch documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-launch analysesTraining & Support:

Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for internal teams to ensure they are prepared for product launchesQuality Assurance:

Oversee final quality checks and ensure that all launch activities meet established standards and requirementsPost-Launch Analysis:

Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess the success of product launches, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvementContinuous Improvement:

Continuously refine and improve launch processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectivenessRequired Qualification and Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field3+ years of product operations, project management, or related role, with proven track record of managing successful product launchesStrong project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or JIRAExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and develop proactive solutionsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:

Project Management Certification (i.e.: PMP, Scrum Master)Hands on experience with product lifecycle management tools and methodologiesMaster's or other graduate degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldPrevious experience working in SaaS or Automotive IndustryBase Salary Ranges : $85,000 - $115,000
