Our Mac Sales Specialist team partners closely with our US Enterprise account teams to help our customers adopt Mac broadly within their environments, giving employees the best tools to do their best work. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of businesses’ needs, create a vision that inspires customers, and collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for successful integration of Mac into US Government environments. By driving adoption to expand the platform, you will help transform the way people work.DescriptionIn this role, you will:Promote, propose and deliver Mac solutions for our customers across all areas of their business, helping them adopt at speed and scale with the goal of creating best in class user experiences for Appleʼs Enterprise major accounts.Develop plans aligned with our customersʼ strategies, assess their progress and guide them on the journey of Mac adoption, from initial interest through widespread deployment, overcoming barriers to adoption along the way.Effectively execute on plans by cross-functionally partnering with Account Executives, Inside Sales, Systems Engineers, resellers and strategic partners, creating demand generation activities, identifying new opportunities, accurately forecasting, and coordinating fulfillment logistics.Iterate and refine our sales process to fit the needs of the Apple direct and channel sellers.Measure the success of programs and enablement content to determine what new materials and offers are required to help the success of those teams.Minimum QualificationsTypically requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience.Significant background selling solutions to US Federal Government with experience partnering with Federal customers to understand their unique requirements and plans for innovation.Deep understanding of Mac sales processes, tools, management, and the third-party ecosystem.Ability to articulate and clearly deliver a vision for Enterprises aiming to widely adopt Mac while sharing passion for advancing customers through the established adoption journey.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Key QualificationsPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated success at engaging and securing commitment from Executive Sponsors and Line of Business Champions is highly preferred.Proven experience successfully selling to and supporting Enterprise customers building device choice programs is a plus.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships.Cross-functional expertise and experience with field sales, channel sales, field engineering, marketing, and enablement teams.Education & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,700 and $229,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
