Position SummaryWho you are: A passionate and driven search professional, who has several years of Mobile App advertising experience, you excel at translating the digital strategy set at the senior level into daily tactical execution. You're ready to challenge the status quo to produce world-class search campaigns for high profile brands and take pride in your ability to clearly articulate the outcomes of the tactics and the strategy to the client as the day-to-day client lead.

ResponsibilitiesWork with search director and cross functional team to develop campaign strategies and is responsible for the execution of search campaigns against the strategy.Lead virtual and in-person presentations in a polished, energetic way, displaying story-telling elements throughout.Display basic management skills, including understanding of setting expectations, ability to train others, delegate tasks and provide feedback.Liaison between search and all other digital channels to help contribute towards a multi-channel approach/strategy.Oversee and manage client reports and analysis.Responsible for majority of day-to-day client communications regarding insights, reporting, and optimization recommendation.

Required Skills & ExperienceExperience within an agency environment required.Substantial experience in paid search and Mobile App advertising.Substantial experience in Google, Google UAC, Firebase, Bing, and other search partners.Substantial experience with Mobile App conversion tracking platforms such as SDK, Kochava etc.Substantial experience on at least one bidding platform such as Marin, Kenshoo or SA360.Substantial experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.KINESSO does not require candidates to have a college degree.

Desired Skills & ExperienceAbility to multitask and handle other duties as assigned.Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail.Have basic story-telling ability as well as ability to lead virtual and in-person presentations.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000 USD.
