Senior Project ManagerExciting opportunity for a construction Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience managing the full life cycle of a variety of projects, from conception to move-in. We are looking for a driven and passionate leader that can inspire collaboration and teamwork. This position is based in Washington DC. Macro is the home for unique, confident, and well-skilled individuals to be a key part of our dynamic growing team. The ideal candidate will be sharp, able to think on their feet, an efficient and productive team member, and enjoy helping team members thrive.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of design and constructionManage vendors, consultants, and sub-contractors involved with the projectCreate and implement the project schedule and budget, cost, and qualityAnticipate project challenges and provide solutions in real-timeMaintain client relationships and develop a network within the industrySupport senior team members with project-related communicationsTravel may be required at times

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Please note that this position is not suited for those with an IT focused background.8+ years of experienceExperience managing others and fostering client relationships with a wide variety of personality typesStrong strategic thinker and juggler of tasksDemonstrable knowledge of design and construction methodologies and processesExperience with planning, due-diligence, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design development, and reviewing design documentation for completeness and consistency with client's objectivesExperience with developing proposalsConfident with contract negotiationExperience with managing the permitting process, construction/renovation, landlord/tenant fit-out, and commissioning and occupancyAdvanced MS Office skills
