$70,000 to $80,000We are a dinner-only, Legacy Italian restaurant in Omaha, NE, in operation for over 25 years, providing fine Sicilian cuisine. Dinner service is available 7 days a week.The General Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient, profitable operations. This role requires a strong leader passionate about hospitality, with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to inspire and manage a team.Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.Operations:
Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance, budget, control costs, and generate revenue. Analyze reports for improvement areas.Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Ensure menu consistency with the kitchen staff and Chef.Community Engagement:
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.Qualifications:
