Job Overview:

As a Global O&O Marketing Channels Lead for Amazon Music, you will be responsible for Outbound and Onsite Merchandising channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals. You will lead a sizable team of marketers to drive promotional activity, build customer lifecycle programs, deliver high-value actions, implement martech platform improvements, and create a framework to scale channels globally.Key Responsibilities:Transform our organizational structure to scale globally, centralizing core CRM capabilities across email, push, and other key channels.Own end-to-end customer contact strategy across new, lapsing, and engaged segments, fundamentally transforming our approach to a data-driven, test-and-learn culture.Establish team goals, reporting infrastructure, and prioritization planning for a global organization of 25+ marketers (direct and matrixed), acting as a transformative change agent.Partner across senior leaders on internal Amazon teams to establish a new email deliverability framework for Amazon Music tiers, building strategy for a new mental model.Own end-to-end marketing initiatives for channels including Email, Push, Merchandising, and more, innovating across all our CRM touchpoints to establish best-in-class marketing programs.Provide business requirements to support Product Management and Engineering teams to build foundational systems and scale reach to our customers.Lead global strategy and execution for Amazon Music marketing on O&O channels, improve process and workflow to automate and scale the channels.Hire and develop a talented team of growth, CRM, and channel marketers.Build customer segmentation and targeting to deliver messaging that is personalized, complementary, and reinforced across our channels, communicating the right features and content to our customers.Drive continuous A/B testing across channels, including creative imagery, messaging, offers, and CTAs.Proactively drive a measurement and learning framework for Amazon Music across O&O channels. Work with BI and Metrics teams to establish segments, analyze experiment results, and drive insights from data.Minimum Qualifications:8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with consumer-facing brands, including integrated campaign management, customer acquisition, content marketing, marketing communications, product marketing, and channel marketing.5+ years of team management experience, hiring and developing talent.5+ years using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements including A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps.Effective leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior executives.Effective leader and influencer who is able to foster a healthy team culture.Experience managing team sizes of 5+ people.Ability to lead large cross-functional projects across industry, product, engineering, BI teams, and global marketing stakeholders.Experience innovating across complex martech stacks.5+ years of experience marketing digital consumer products, subscription, and/or entertainment services.5+ years of mobile experience with consumer technology product or service.Knowledge of the music industry and music culture.BA/BS degree; MBA/advanced degree preferred.Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
