? :What youll do as a HR SpecialistProcess background, MVR, and Drug ScreeningReview and audit all pre-employment documentsAssist HR Specialists with I9 verificationsAssist HR Specialists with generating billing submissions for all background vendor invoicesAssist applicants of employment with questions and/or issuesEngage applicants of employment throughout the background processContact applicants of employment for their orientationAssist Senior HR Manager with OrientationAssist processing all new hiresMaintain and update Employee Information in systemConduct monthly drivers license auditFollow established employee filing proceduresAll other duties assigned
