We are currently seeking a Business Process Specialist for our Hobbs, NM location.
Purpose:Assists with the implementation and sustainability of our processes through cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization. Incumbent assists in the development and management of local organizational charts, process maps, facility mapping and training. This role is responsible for documenting the current state of facility processes and proposes future state improvement; subsequently assists in the design, implementation and sustainability of more efficient processes at the request of local / regional management and the company's Business Process Manager. This role will be responsible for capturing and communicating data that will assist business leaders define improvement opportunities. This role will be responsible for assisting management in all aspects of continuous improvement and system enhancements. Incumbent ensures all business processes are documented and maintained in accordance with our company processes and procedures. Incumbent assists local management with business process training.

Communicates to and influences stakeholders of all levelsDevelops and maintains productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetingsActs as an ambassador and change agent to build a culture of continuous improvementDrive adoption of tools and methods by reinforcing the value propositionPerforms other duties as requested, directed or assignedRequired Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/EquivalentWork Experience: 2-4 years of related work experienceComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Office 365Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's DegreeWork Experience: 4-6 years of related work experienceWorking knowledge of TrakQuip, RTMS, or other ERP systemsPhysical Requirements:
Precise hand/eye coordination: ConstantlyBasic keyboarding or other repetitive motions: ConstantlyLifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs: OccasionallyClimbing and working in awkward and cramped positions: OccasionallyOther:Must be able to sit for extended periods of timeLifting and reaching files or boxes of filesPushing or pulling drawers and cabinetsCommunicate via telephone
