We are looking for a Senior Marketing Programs Manager who will be responsible for managing the execution of Email Marketing end-to-end projects including strategy, creative feedback, managing assets, ensuring assets are tagged appropriately for tracking purposes, setup, testing, and tracking. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in project management and organization, well versed in Marketing concepts and processes, and highly client-service focused. Clients include Fortune 500 companies located on the West Coast, with programs spanning the globe.We are looking for a person to help us with our client who develops and sells creative, marketing and document management software solutions that enable digital marketing. Plan and manage end to end process of email campaigns – including strategy, creative development, and management of print and fulfillment vendors. Set-up, test/QA email campaignsBuild program test plans. Perform and analyze A/B split testingPartner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Segment Marketers, Data Ops, Analytics, Creative and Deployment Teams) to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign resultsManage creative development with copywriters, designers, and programmersAccurately estimate and track program hours, weekly campaign timelines, and resultsBuild and ensure on-time detailed program schedules — from kick-off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating out project timelinesAssess and develop strategies to address key business problems in the customer lifecycle — e.g., design multi-channel campaigns to drive customers to the Aha moment, increase their engagement with a product, and overall improve their short-term and long-term retentionIdentify the key performance metrics or indicators to measure success, both leading and lagging indicators. Plan and manage end-to-end processes of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, push, SMS, and in-product discoveryCritically evaluate and size impact of addressing business problemsCritically size impact of various strategies to address specific problemsWork with many cross-functional stakeholders and partners to deliver an awesome customer experience.StorytellingMust be able to work with internal and external audiences (will be some customer engagement)Project Management skills to drive Marketing Communications projectsRequirements

5+ years' experience in b2c or b2b email and/or mobile marketingExperience setting up, executing, and measuring life-cycle email campaigns for SaaS productsMarketing automation experience (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot) requiredExceptional execution and project management skillsUnderstanding of email creative best practicesPassion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution, and delivery of resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technologyComfortable in a fast-paced environmentStrong prioritization and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects and prioritiesSolutions-oriented mindsetAbility to iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaignsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and cross-functionallyApply Now
