We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and oversee the operational functions across multiple facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, driving company growth, optimizing plant production, and enhancing profitability, all while managing inventory and operational expenses. You will be at the forefront of implementing world-class manufacturing practices and providing support to ensure operational excellence at every branch.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to improve profitability, productivity, and efficiency across the company.Regional Oversight: Lead and support Regional Vice Presidents in driving facility growth, profitability, safety, and compliance.Culture Building: Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages continuous improvement and active employee participation.Reporting and Analysis: Ensure timely and accurate reporting on production, finances, and personnel. Monitor KPIs and oversee branch assessments.Budget and Goals: Collaborate with the Senior VP of Sales to set annual budgets and goals that drive sales and profitability.Leadership and Recruitment: Participate in executive meetings to shape strategic objectives. Recruit and develop top talent to advance the organization.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.At least 10 years of experience in managing operations with P&L responsibility.Experience with multi-site operations and P&L ownership is a plus.Willingness to travel up to 25% or more as required.Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.What We Offer
