The Market CEO will provide strategic leadership and direction to drive the continued growth and success of Oceans Healthcare.The Market CEO will oversee strategic and collaborative strategies to develop and support a competitive position and growth while supervising approximately 170+ FTEs.This leader will be responsible for the compliance of local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to all policies, plans, and goals within the organization and must communicate appropriately with all staffing teams to ensure alignment with implemented regulations.The Market CEO will be responsible for facilitating business growth by developing and maintaining contacts with current and prospective customers, community leaders, and organizations.This position will support and influence the business development team in building strategic relationships within the market, and will be responsible for growth functions including recruiting, employing, and ensuring appropriate training for both professional and auxiliary staff members.The Market CEO will focus on expanding the organization's service lines, improving profitability, and surpassing current targets.
