You Are

The Management Consultant/Manager designs and implements retail banking business changes that drive industry-specific, function, and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and processes.

The candidate will be a Consultant/Manager within the Banking Consulting practice with a focus on Business and Technology Transformation within the Retail banking industry. Retail banks are engaging Accenture to partner on their strategic transformations; to benefit from leading-edge thought leadership; and to modernize their business models and associated technology components.

Accenture is growing our practice to help these banks navigate their transformational journeys. The Retail banking Consultant/Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday - Thursday)

Here’s What You Need:

A combined 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

Management consulting experience

Consumer lending/mortgage lending experience

Core banking experience

Demonstrated ability to be part of a team delivering complex projects

A Bachelor's degree

Bonus Points If:

Proven ability to be on a team

Entrepreneurial

Willingness to leave their comfort zone

Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills

Team player

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

California $63,200 to $258,500

Colorado $63,200 to $223,300

District of Columbia $67,300 to $237,800

New York $58,500 to $258,500

Maryland $58,500 to $206,800

Washington $67,300 to $237,800
