Overview:

The Vice President, Marketing and Communications will lead the strategic direction and execution of all marketing and communication initiatives for L&L Franchise, Inc. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team, this role is responsible for enhancing brand reputation, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring effective communication with franchisees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the marketing and communications teams, ensuring cohesive and effective execution of initiatives.

Brand Management:

Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications efforts.

Marketing Initiatives:

Direct the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive consumer engagement and sales growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Franchisee Communications:

Support the Director of Franchisee Communications in developing effective communication strategies to engage and support franchisees.

Ensure alignment between corporate and franchisee marketing efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, media, and industry partners.

Act as a spokesperson for the company, representing the brand at industry events and in media interactions.

Data Driven Decision Making:

Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Provide regular reports to the executive team on the budget and spend as well as success of marketing and communication efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior marketing or communications role, preferably within the restaurant industry

Proven track record of successful brand management and strategic marketing leadership

Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

A collaborative team player with experience managing and leading cross-functional teams

Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for driving brand success

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms

From $115,000.00 per year
