Senior Android Developer

The Senior Android Developer will help lead the organization in the creation of various Android applications to further business productivity.
Responsibilities:
Development:
Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java, ensuring high performance, stability, and user satisfaction.Architecture:
Lead the architectural design of Android applications, implementing best practices for scalability, modularity, and maintainability.Code Quality:
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs.Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and addressing bugs and crashes.Mentorship:
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the development team by sharing knowledge and best practices.Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new practices and tools into the development process.Testing:
Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the codebase. Use tools and practices for continuous integration and delivery.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional Android development experience, with a strong portfolio of applications available on the Google Play Store.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with extensive experience in Android SDK, Android Studio, and relevant libraries (e.g., Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, Room).Architecture:
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture, and experience applying them in Android development.Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.Code Quality:
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.Perks & Benefits:
