What You’ll Do
We’re looking for outgoing individuals who want the opportunity to lead their hotel team! At KAJ Hospitality, we call this LMA, which stands for “Leadership, Management & Accountability.” Our General Managers are responsible for the overall operations of the hotel property, including finance, revenue & sales, guest service scores, brand standards, and human resources. This is a hands-on hospitality management role in which the General Manager will be expected to maintain both Marriott and KAJ Hospitality’s high standards of excellence!
