Job DescriptionThe Visa Global Product Solutions team is looking for a client obsessed and initiative-taking experienced Senior Product Manager to join our group within Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS). VCS is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous, double-digit growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core card solutions. This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team as we continue to expand globally. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to Financial Institutions and partners who deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Companies, Large Corporate Enterprises, Multinational Organizations, and Governments. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead one of our largest initiatives and reimage how our clients interact with VCS products and services. As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product roadmap for the common/shared services framework for the VCS Portal. You will monitor and drive enhancements of the Portal, a unified hub for VCS Products and Solutions, with self-service capabilities to manage company & service subscriptions, identity & access management, white labeling, integrations and more. Deep collaboration with design, research, architects, and technology partners will define the Senior Product Manager’s success, ensuring that the product aligns and delivers on clients’ strategic objectives and expectations. Additionally, the role requires in depth knowledge and experience of product management in front end (UIUX) and back end (common/shared services) systems to meet deliverables, ensuring platform changes are executed on time and budget, while Issuer and client impacts are understood, communicated, and managed.

Essential Functions:

The Sr. Product Manager’s primary responsibilities are to manage the common & shared services framework of the VCS Hub to deliver substantial value to Issuers, FinTech’s, and their clients.

Work closely with business partners, engineering, architects, and global cross-functional counterparts to build and iterate VCS Hub services and capabilities, including but not limited to Identify & Access Management, Self-Registration Portal (SRP), language translation service, and other integrations.

Excel in an agile framework to deliver quality business requirements and engaging user stories. Collaborate with development, quality assurance, certification, and other groups to ensure successful delivery throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to client adoption.

Develop and maintain product roadmap in support of the product vision and fit within holistic VCS strategy, maintain product backlog to ensure a healthy pipeline of enhancements.

Responsible for the overall performance of a product, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, and enhancement. Help drive global product growth, adoption and maximize retention in all channels.

Having a ‘can do attitude’ and work with technology teams to develop use cases and prioritize user stories and epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that aligned with product strategy.

Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure successful business releases.

Proactively seek data and input, including Voice-of-Customer, and review product feedback and bugs raised by customers and internal teams, triage and prioritize as appropriate.

Engage with prospects, clients, and partners in support of global regions and commercialization activities, always keeping an 'outside-in' perspective.

This is a hybrid position.

Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.

3+ years of experience working with Issuers and clients in the financial services industry or a high growth technology company with commercial card solutions and platforms is preferred.

Significant experience in product management, particularly in the fields of payments, common services, and identity and access management in support of Brands, Issuers, Processors, Acquirers, Fintech’s.

Strong process orientation and a solid understanding of project management techniques, methodologies and best practices, such as Agile and experience leading large Scrum teams.

The role requires strong interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams to implement and assess the operational impact of changes to processes/procedures.

You have a strong interest and passion for experiential design and research and soliciting/translating user feedback to inform product development.

You have a demonstrated ability to drive product development with high velocity and quality.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,900 to 192,750 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
