GeoTech was founded in 2018. Our team consists of 24 professionals spanning 20 countries around the globe. We specialize in the Media and Entertainment sector, having successfully completed over 20 projects that are now utilized by renowned M&E companies such as Disney, Warner Bros, Universal Studios, Epic Games, and more.
In the last four years, we've worked hand in hand with Epic Games, aiding in creating an array of tools and pipelines. This collaboration includes significant input into various segments of the Unreal Engine core and contributions to the Virtual Production and Broadcasting sectors.
Our internal structure consists of two main teams: Unreal Engine Core Engineering and Game Studio. We seek talented individuals to join and expand our UE Engineering Team.

What you’ll do?
Design and develop Unreal Engine editor tools for industry leaders like Epic Games and their partners. The media industry worldwide will use these tools for big and small projects involving virtual production, broadcasting, virtual events, etc.
In this role, you will be:
Designing and implementing C++ tools, plugins, modules, and applications for Unreal Engine Media and Entertainment. This includes integrating UE with both hardware and software.
Designing and implementing C++ user interfaces for the Unreal Engine editor.
Bug fixing and maintaining plugin/application code base
Analyzing and fixing common problems in plugins and modules, such as memory usage and performance
What we’re looking for
3+ years of UE experience
4+ years of C/C++ experience
Experience in creating your own UE plugins is a must-have
Experience solving complex programming challenges
Experience working with large codebases
Background in math, embedded systems, physics is a big plus
Experience with OS system tasks, such as graphics, rendering, tools, networking, etc.
Ability to listen to feedback and collaborate with others
Must work well in a team environment
Passion for new technology and C++ development
Experience in developing mobile apps and games (as a plus)
Experience with other game engines (Unity, Godot, UE, proprietary game engines)
Fluent in English
Experience working remotely (willing to continue so)
