As a Professional Residential Handyman, you will be responsible for providing exceptional handyman services to our residential customers. From minor repairs to major renovations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' homes are in top-notch condition. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, we would love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesConducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks in residential propertiesRepairing or replacing damaged fixtures, appliances, and systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVACInstalling and assembling various pieces of furniture, equipment, and fixturesPainting and decorating interior and exterior surfaces of residential propertiesHandling basic carpentry tasks, such as building shelves, cabinets, and window framesAssisting with landscaping and outdoor maintenance activitiesResponding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional mannerWrite, present, and sell your own estimatesRequirementsProven experience as a handyman or in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of a variety of repair and maintenance tasksStrong ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safelyBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsGood physical stamina and manual dexterityGreat attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsLive within Northern Virginia area,
