Overview

● Sales Strategy: Support the development and execute a comprehensive digital commerce strategy to maximize online sales on Home Depot.● Account Management: Manage account relationships, serving as the primary sales channel point of contact for Home Depot’s online channel.● Portfolio Management: Optimize and proactively monitor the Home Depot e-commerce catalog ensuring accurate and compelling product listings.● Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns working with internal and external teams to meet account objectives.● Sales Planning: Collaborate with the forecasting team to develop product-level forecasts to efficiently manage inventory and adjust as needed with changing POS trends.● Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies; deliver regular reports and insights.● Collaboration: Work closely with various cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Merchandising, Brand, Forecasting, and Finance teams to achieve and exceed sales goals for the platform.● Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

As part of the LIXIL US Sales Team and reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, this position is responsible for the Home Depot e-commerce channel. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing account performance, and expanding brand presence on Home Depot’s e-commerce channel.Working closely with internal and external partners, you will drive the day-to-day performance of the Home Depot e-commerce channel, inclusive of promotions, advertising, and operational functionalities to achieve strong, sustainable, and profitable growth.Location preference: Within four hours of driving distance from the Home Depot HQ in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

● Minimum 3+ years of increasing responsibility in sales account management, focused on e-commerce; Home Depot experience preferred.● Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.● Strong analytical skills - creative problem-solver who can leverage disparate sources of information and deliver comprehensive analysis. Proven ability to bridge data with business insights to drive relevant, actionable output.● Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Teams, including supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects.● Get-things-done mentality paired with a data-driven mindset.● Strong communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.● Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, or similar.

Hiring Range

The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $80,000 to $118,000 annually. (Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)Other Compensation (if applicable):

This role will be eligible to participate in the annual Short Term Incentive plan.
