Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of our family entertainment center, Let's Roll Paragould. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for guest satisfaction, and a keen business acumen to drive the success of the center. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a team of employees, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments including attractions, food and beverage, and guest services.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure high performance.

Guest Experience:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, handle guest feedback and concerns, and ensure that all interactions reflect the center’s commitment to quality and service.

Financial Management:

Manage the center’s budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. Prepare financial reports and analysis to track performance and drive profitability.

Marketing and Promotions:

Develop and execute marketing plans and promotions to attract new guests and retain existing ones. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and special events.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure that the center operates in compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. Identify opportunities for facility improvements and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups. Represent the center at community events and foster positive community relations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field preferred, but not required.

Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-traffic, customer-focused environment, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.

Proven track record of successful team leadership, operational management, and financial oversight.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a family entertainment setting.
