Construction Project Manager

Job Duties- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.- Develop and maintain project documentation and implement quality controls.- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.- Hire and supervise sub-contractors and staff.Experience- REQUIRED: At least 5 years experience in Construction Project Management.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Experience in project administration and management skills.- Able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.- Strong interpersonal and communication/negotiation skills.- Ability to control project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation.- Able to speak, write, and read English.- Experience in using CRM platforms specific to sales/projects.- Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Word, Excel, and email.Job Type : Full-timeSalary : Based on experience and qualifications.Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayWeekends as neededAbility to Commute:
