Stakeholder Engagement and Support:

Collaborate with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.Provide guidance, support, and training to HR and organizational stakeholders to maximize their use of Workday functionality and features.Effectively partner with cross-functional teams in developing, delivering optimized solutions to address complex business problems and thus reducing the technology debt.Support the execution of overall strategy for People technology which includes but is not limited to Workday transformation and augmentation, ensuring the People Technology (HRIS) team operates against a clear, business-driven strategy, predictably delivering on agreed upon priorities and providing executive visibility that builds alignment and execution trust.Lead a team located globally, to design, develop, and directly manage the administration of our People technology solutions. Ensure the team operates from a deep understanding of their customer, our talent strategies, and our values.Collaborate with People leadership across EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions, subject matter experts, and IT team to develop our global system roadmap for short and long-term planning.Evaluate, prioritize, and communicate People Systems priorities globally and across business units.Build a metrics-driven organization that leverages reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insight on service delivery, operations accuracy, effectiveness, and improvement.

System Implementation and Optimization:

Oversee Workday and other HRIS platform implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday and other HRIS platforms with existing systems and business processes.Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Workday functionality and processes to enhance efficiency, user experience, and data integrity.Manage Workday Benefits and Workday Advanced compensation configuration and annual processes.Create a fundamentally consistent approach to each system process, determining best practices across all business entities and rolling out those universal processes.Continuously increase knowledge in People technology by serving as an expert on functional capabilities, staying informed on product capabilities and trends, and interacting with the Workday community.Oversee the successful delivery, deployment, and adoption of complex Workday projects, including the implementation of the Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, Time Tracking, Peacon, and Workforce Planning modules.

Data Management and Reporting:

Oversee the management, integrity, and security of HR data within the Workday system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.Utilize Workday data to generate HR metrics, trends, and forecasts to inform strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure Workday configurations and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data privacy, security, and reporting.Partner with legal, compliance, and security teams to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:A minimum of ten years of Information Systems, Information Technology, and/or HRIS experience and directly related People Technology (Workday) work experience.Ten years of People Management experience.*Strong working knowledge of Workday and other HR technology; effective track record of partnership with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance in a public company to ensure regulatory enterprise requirements are met globally.*Demonstrated experience in Workday People system strategy and technology architecture, technology road mapping, business cases, and vendor selections.*Strategic and a hands-on leader who will facilitate the planning and execution of projects and will manage the Workday and other People technology systems.*Demonstrable success communicating in a clear and concise manner, both verbal and written, negotiation, consulting, collaboration, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization with an emphasis on promoting a culture of positivity, teamwork, and results.*Strong leader who can prioritize, influence, and collaborate.*A committed team player who has built strong partnerships across the various disciplines within the People function at multiple levels; proven track record of delivering effective solutions to enable required outcomes in Rewards, Operations, Recruiting, DEI, L&D, and other Talent programs.Equal Opportunity Employer
